Mobbing in micro businesses: A qualitative research in hair dresser and beauty salons in Tokat province

Mobbing means emotional harassment. It refers to pressure, intimidation, bullying and psychological harassment in the workplace. Of course, people struggle with difficulties in every aspect of life today. However, research has shown that women are more exposed to mobbing and that they are more likely to be mobbing themselves. The aim of the study is to determine the causes and consequences of mobbing among employees in Hairdressers and Beauty Salons in Tokat and what can be done to prevent it. In similar studies, the literature was scanned, the research on this subject was examined, questions were prepared and questions were asked to the 11 participating master instructor salon operators. Semi-structured interview technique with open-ended questions was used in the interviews, and the interviews were transcribed using the audio recording method and turned into tables. As a result of the interviews, it was concluded that mobbing is very intense in the hairdressing and beauty industry, that it is more common am
