Abstract (EN)
Mobbing, regardless of gender, takes place almost in all cultures and in all workplaces, implemented a devastating effect on the person who is engaged in behavior. This study, which are constantly at work, which will continue to exist and to find solutions to the mobbing phenomenon or is intended to end. Business life by creating awareness, people have lived to bring meaning, business life more conscious about the environment is aimed to contribute to sustaining life. The world almost anywhere in the public or private sector operating in many organizations experienced in the world literature mobbing entering as psychological abuse, expressed as a phenomenon, which is what the process of emergence of institutions and how individuals are affected, institutions and individuals deal with this phenomenon ways of getting mobbing role in the formation of organizational culture are examined. Working "Three" consists of the main section. As the name of the first chapter, "Mobbing" opened and the other two main sections in preparation for this section are considered. The second part of the study, "Organizational Commitment" was opened as. Depending on the selected index and the subject of the study, which constitutes the essence of the phenomenon of leadership on these main sections were examined in detail. The third part of the study "The Influence of Organizational Commitment mobbing (Ataturk State Hospital Sample)" opened and the other two sections of this chapter is intended as a complement. In this chapter and the State Hospital working in the Directorate of Health survey done on 111 people, depending on the employee was terminated with working practices.
