Mobbing and prevention methods a research on health care workers

Unemployment in recent years, for reasons such as inability to keep pace with rising ambition and emerging technologies in the profession quite common, experienced at least once in their working life and individuals adversely affecting the concept of mobbing; It means a situation in our country is very uncertain, frequently encountered in business. A pioneer in this regard, especially in the world countries Sweden (1994) and in Finland (2000), while legal sanctions based on the former, our country has begun to show itself in recent years, but legal size. In our country, Labour and Social Security Communication Center ALO 170; 2011 applications from mobbing came up over 9 thousand applications of today and that 69 percent of private sector employees, while 31 percent is made up of public sector employees. The public sector in most of the hospitals mobbing application was found to come from the private sector in the establishment of more industrial applications mobbing. Therefore, especially in the health sector working life seems to be as important as what the situation. The institutions other than the negative consequences of social and psychological problems only occur in individuals that may affect the implementation of mobbing and work life significantly in the society, it can lead to results capable of changing. The existence in the organization of mobbing formation and prevention of an increase in the presence of mobbing time not to engage in any venture, other organizations affect the inefficient work force will cause job dissatisfaction and the country's working life, it leads to consequences such as lack of motivation due to the economy to affect in a negative way. The aim of this research; Between the years 2005-2015 the scientific work has been in the health field and the review of the results obtained from these studies is to make judgments about the mobbing behavior for health care workers in Turkey.
