Abstract (EN)
Mobbing and organizational silence are one of the most important challenges of today's business and they are more widely studied and researched in recent years, those things has become an organizational problems. Struggle in an effective way with mobbing and organizational silence are beeing discussed by the private, public and academic circles. In this study, various definitions of mobbing and organizational silence are made and the informations are given for the process, the effects, the types and how to fight. After being working in the theoretical framework of the research, to support the application portion of the survey study was conducted in a company operating in the energy sector. In the first part of the survey study, the questions are asked to reveal the demographic characteristics of the respondents.. In the second part, the 22 questions developed by Einarsen and Raknes NAQ (Negative Acts Question) and negative behaviors scale updated version of the revised questionnaire (NAQ-R = Negative Acts Questionnaire -Revised) has been decided to use for the find out about the frequency of exposure to psychological abuse behavior. In the third chapter, as a result of the review of the literature is the scale of silence employees' behavior (Dyne et al., 2003a: Dyne et al., 2003b: Briensfield, 2009) that is used to create survey form. Two research works are done by Dyne and others in 2003, and Briensfield?s doctoral dissertation in 2009, the scale was established for the employees behavior of silence by using those three researches. In this scale, 30 expressions were determined and all the expressions were asked to answer in this context. This section has been prepared in accordance with the five-point Likert scale. As a result of these surveys, the data are evaluated and tried to explain the relationships between mobbing and organizational silence. Key Words: Mobbing, Organizational Silence
