The relation between the mobbing (perception of psychological violence), burnout syndrome and intention of resign: A research on the bank employess

Contemporarely in Bussines world, Banks are one of the organizations that competitive environment affects mostly. Because of the competitive environment, some negative behaviours and attitudes may be seen between the employees. Especially, nowadays these behaviours occur very often and intentionally done so that it becomes a psychological violence rather than a temporary miscommunication. Such behaviours may cause burnout syndrome after a period of time and then in order to escape, the employees intent to quit their job. Thus, it is very important to bring awareness against burnout syndrome and psychological violence, to identify its reasons and to take some measures. For that reason, first of all this research gets started with a study of litterateur and by doing this some informations about the concepts such as; psychological violence, burnout syndrome and intention of resignition have been collected. Definitions, processes, specifications, reasons and consequences and how to cope with these are specified in the research. Besides, this research includes a survey which is made by the help of some previous researches on the same topics. The survey is about the perception of psychological violence, burnout syndrome and intention of resignition among bank employees. Relations between these concepts were analyzed by the help of the program SPSS 18 and specified. Also, the demographic features of the samples which provided the parameters were mentioned in the research. 243 bank employess took part in the survey. The datas were used in factor, correlation, regression, frequency analysis. According to the results of the research, the general psychological violance level and the burnout level have affect to the intention of resignition rates. Moreover, the general psychological violance level has an important affect on burnout level.
