Abstract (EN)
This study aims to emphasize the importance of online shopping and mobile applications in today's rapidly digitalizing environment and to reveal how they affect consumers' purchase intention, satisfaction and loyalty. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The screening model was used depending on the quantitative research method. Accordingly, data were collected with the survey technique, which is one of the data collection techniques in quantitative research. The universe of the research was defined as customers residing in Ankara and who will shop from the Trendyol e-retail site. The sample was created from individuals to be randomly selected from this universe and the simple random sampling technique was used as the sample selection method. SPSS 16.0 statistical program was used for data analysis. According to the research results, it is emphasized that businesses should adopt customer-oriented approaches and strategically address customer relationship management. Increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening customer loyalty can help businesses maintain their competitive advantage and solidify their long-term success.
