Abstract (EN)

Emitted X-ray energies, lineshapes, fuorescence yields, absorption probabilities, and absorption edges of the elements is now known as X-ray fundamental parameters. These parameters are of practical significance because they facilitate compositional analysis of complex materials. They are also a potent test of atomic theory. On the other hand, the chemical effect may cause some changes in the energy of the X-ray line, full width at half maximum (FWHM) and asymmetry index (AI) values depending on the chemical state of the substance. Although these effects differ for each main group element, what or what could cause these differences has been investigated. In this study, changes in chemical action values of some lanthanide group compounds were investigated using a single crystal (LiF) Rigaku brand ZSX 100e wavelength dispersive X-ray spectrometer (WDXRF) with Rh anode X-ray tube. The L1 and Lη X-ray emission lines are examined by fitting the Lorentz function. Effective charges (qp, qs) were calculated using Pauli Method and Suchet Method though the relationship between chemical shift values and effective charges was investigated. In addition, chemical shift was investigated according to the changes in molecular structure and crystal structure.
