Abstract (EN)
Analog filters are used extensively in the field of filtering analog signals and communication. Passive filter circuits are realized with resistor, capacitor and coil elements. Active filter circuits can be implemented with active circuit blocks such as OPAMP, OTA, OTRA, CCII and DVCC. Resistance, one of the passive circuit elements has many limiting disadvantages such as heat, power consumption, controllability and size. When it is desired to work at low frequencies, high value elements are used. This causes it to take up more dimensionally space in more complex circuits. This also causes more power consumption. These disadvantages are undesirable. Today, resistor and capacitor circuit elements used in active filter circuits can be designed with MOSFET. By using MOSFET resistor elements instead of resistors and capacitors in analog circuits, the element diversity on the circuit is reduced, circuits with lower power consumption and more efficient dimensions are designed. In this study, it is aimed to eliminate the disadvantages caused by the resistor element in the circuits, as mentioned above. In order to use MOSFET elements instead of resistors, circuits implemented to eliminate the non-linear terms found in the literature are mentioned. Techniques for eliminating nonlinear terms of the structures obtained using MOSFET are theoretically expressed and observed with a simulation program. The outputs obtained using the simulation program for the methods of eliminating nonlinear terms were compared. The working range required for these techniques to be more equivalent to the resistor element has been determined. These values have been used on different analog circuits. In these circuits, both the normal resistor element and the MOSFET-based resistor element were examined simultaneously with the Pspice simulation program. Comparisons were made based on simulation results.
