Motivation and health workers (Antalya Atatürk State Hospi̇tal employees sample)

In this study, a survey was conducted to Antalya State Hospital employees and motivation scale was applied. Increase or reduce the motivation of staff in this context was to determine the effects of factors. Survey data statistics for the Social Sciences (Statistical Program for Social Sciences-SPSS 15.0) were assessed by analysis using the program. Compared with health workers to identify factors that motivate monetary award for non-pecuniary rewards in this study provides a much better motivation of the spiritual reward, was observed. Health of the likes of the tasks they are performing a large part of the employees that make them feel they belong to the workplace and have stated that they embraced their work with positive motivation. Due to the personal of the services provided in the health sector, maintaining a high level of motivation and job satisfaction, efficiency has been found to be provided. Staff due to increase of workload in health care should be strong motivation.
