Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis study is to define motivation levels and motivational factors of police officiers in Riot Squad by displaying interaction between matter of motivation and the administrator conceptually. By this mean, to provide security service faster, more efficient and qualified, we tried to find out the factors that really motivate Turkish Police Officers especially officers who work in riot squad.Researching, scanning and public surveys are used as a method in this study. Both local and foreign literature and expert views are employed in the making of the theoretical framework of this study. On the other hand, the put-forth conceptual framework become integrated with the survey that defines the situation under application through the usage of the induction method. The Riot Police Department of Ankara is used of analysis in general and a group of police officiers in the same department in specific.
