Mosaic art, pictorial analyses of Antioch and Zeugma mosaics

In the first part of the study titled as ``Mosaic Art, Pictorial Analyses of Antioch and Zeugma Mosaics?? in addition to the definition of mosaic concept, construction and the materials and the techniques used in the construction, mosaic types and the characteristics are examined as subtopics.In the second part of the study, under the main heading titled as ``Mosaic in Historical Process??, Mosaic in the era of Hellenism, Roman Mosaics, Byzantine Mosaics and Contemporary Mosaics are examined in different topics and so the first two chapters are expected to shed light to the next ones.In the third part, pictorial analysis of Antioch and Zeugma Mosaics was made as subject, color, pattern, and composition. Five of the Antioch Mosaics and six of the Zeugma Mosaics were selected in order to be examined.
