Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in Kırşehir Mucur district between 2013 and 2016. As a result of the study in this area, 107 microfungi grown on 41 different host plants have been distinguished. It is determined that this species are belonging to Ascomycota (50 genera and 96 species), Basidiomycota (3 genera and 10 species) and Oomycota (1 genera and 1 species). In this study, 1 microfungi genera (Pseudorobillardia) and 30 microfungi species have been identified as new records for Turkey (Aposphaeria minutula (Peck) Sacc., Aureobasidium harposporum (Bres. & Sacc.) Herm.-Nijh., Camarosporium elaeagnellum Fairm., Camarosporium zelkovae Syd. & P. Syd., Coniothyrium caespitulosum Sacc., Coniothyrium tiliae I. Miyake, Cucurbitaria delitescens Sacc., Cytospora ceratosperma (Tode) G.C. Adams & Rossman, Cytospora prunorum Sacc., Cytospora tamaricis Brunaud, Diplodia bacchi Pass. & Thüm., Diplodia frangulae Fuckel, Gloeosporium louisiae Bäumler, Hendersonia stygia Ellis & Everh., Microdiplodia pyrina Petr., Mycosphaerella crassa (Auersw.) Lindau, Mycosphaerella dauci Nevod., Mycosphaerella iridis (Auersw.) J. Schröt., Mycosphaerella lineolata (Roberge ex Desm.) J. Schröt., Nitschkia cupularis (Pers.) P. Karst., Phoma macrostoma Mont., Phoma typhicola Oudem., Phoma uvarum (Berk. & M.A. Curtis) Sacc., Pleospora martianoffiana Thüm., Pseudorobillarda indica Nag Raj, Seimatosporium hysterioides (Fuckel) Brockmann, Sphaeropsis pomorum (Schwein.) Cooke, Stigmina dothideoides (Ellis & Everh.) M.B Ellis, Strickeria deflectens var. tamaricis Sandu ve Trematosphaeria vitigena Ellis & Everh.).
