Problem solving approaches of the managers of primary curriculum laboratory schools

The Research aims to investigate Curriculum Laboratory School Administrators approach to problems faced and their handling methods. The administrators touch on problem solving adoption levels are noted and these touches adoption levels are questioned whether they vary according to the demographic and professional speciality. The search is realized by illustrative research model. Illusrative research is a search model which describes the relations between the variables and the situations and the relations within the variables. (Kurtulus, 1996) The system of this research is 71 CL primary schools administrators of province ?stanbul.The exemplifications are from 8 districts (Sisli, Kağıthane, Besiktas, Bahçelievler, GOP, Küçükyalı, Fatih, Bakırköy) from 26 schools administrators which are active in this area. In this research , to gather data Heppner?s problem solving inventory and personel information form is used. In problem solving the administrators of CLS usually compare the consequence of the solved problem their calculation before the solution. It was observed that they try to think all methods possible to solve the problem and to understand what they feel they usually investigate their emotions. CLS administrators if married see theirselves adequate and they have selfconfidence in solving problems. CLS administrators if they have self-confidence and if they evaluate the data correctly they give authority to inferiors easily.
