The study followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the minister, narrating his biographical and scholarly biography and the positions he assumed in the Ottoman Empire, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigated section, when copying and adjusting the text, proving the differences between the copies of the book, extracting the texts and sayings contained in it and attributing them to Its sources and perspectives, and the study concluded results, the most important of which are: The author (the minister) followed Al-Sakaki in his arrangement of the book, and seldom deviated from that.
