Analysis in terms of vocabulary of Mustafa Ruhi̇ Şi̇ri̇n's works

A word is compound of meaningful sounds which arise from one or more syllables. And vocabulary all the audio combination which create a language. Vocabulary of a language express the total which is created by not only the words that language, but also expressions, mold words, proverbs, terms and different expression patterns. The purpose of this study is to analyze the vocabulary of the works "Gökyüzü Çiçekleri, Martıcık ile Tilki, Geceleri Mızıka Çalan Kedi" by Mustafa Ruhi Şirin. In the study for which document new method was used, the vocabulary was defined the elements it consistswas analyized, according to the data ocquired. The element which vocabulary consists were classifed according to the book "Türkçenin Sözvarlığı" (2006) by Doğan Aksan. This study was limited with the vocabulary of "the poetry Gökyüzü Çiçekleri, the storybook Martıcık ile Tilki and the storybook Geceleri Mızıka Çalan Kedi" by Mustafa Ruhi Şirin who constructed many works in children's literature. When the obtained data was analyzied it was detected that, children's book "Gökyüzü Çiçekleri, Martıcık ile Tilki and Geceleri Mızıka Çalan Kedi" are rich by expressions, reiterative and terms but the other elements of vocabulary don't place in the books.
