Abstract (EN)

In this study, together with the industrial revolution, the concepts of customer and service, quality of service and the measurability of service quality are examined. The food sector is a developing and vibrant sector in the world and the concepts of service quality and customer satisfaction are important. Due to the developments and the characteristics of the sector, it is obligatory for the restaurant businesses to provide quality of service and customer satisfaction. This study, which intended to measure the customer satisfaction in the service sector, aims to measure the level of satisfaction of the restaurant businesses in terms of the quality of products and services and the quality of service they perceived in the context of certain factors related to these businesses and to show whether customer satisfaction will be formed within the scope of various variables.
