This study has been initiated in order to understand whether or not the music would be effective on arrangements of social behaviors of autistic children who exhibit specific behavior disorders although it is not therapeutic completely in this research. In order to understand controlling the behaviors seen as a problem at the children how the studies of rhythm realized in the scope that the autistic children are made related with music are, it was made a case study in Alsancak Branch of İzmir Işık Özel Eğitim Merkezi of Ministry of National Education with four autistic children one a week for ten sessions in the scope of the research.In the rhythm study to realized autistic children rhythm patterns in Rhythm Repeating Scale was applied. In accordance with child?s level to make them, yes, oral help, physical help and no options were marked and the application was controlled.Because there is the fact that it was observed the transformations of social behaviors of the child out of the application section of the study, the researcher could not be with the child continuously because of the conditions and he could not live together with the child it was obtained assistance from the family as a solution method, and thus the family was included into the study. For the reason it was benefited from Problematic Behavior Weekly Following Form prepared for following the problematic behaviors of the child. Problematic Behavior Weekly Following Form reflects the problematic behaviors of the child at hour, day and date frequencies between two sessions.At the end of this study, it was resulted that repeating rhythm studies may replaced arising problematic behaviors of the children based on repeating again. However the findings in the study can include that the power of the environmental factors arising the problematic behaviors are bigger than the power of music sometimes and the problematic behaviors are not effective at least during the said factors are continued.
