Abstract (EN)
This study aims to determine the course contents, qualities, differences and similarities of piano courses taught in music departments in line with student opinions. Within the scope of the study, the curriculum and contents of piano courses given in different institutions are important due to the expectation that the opinions regarding the study can guide individuals who will make inter-institutional choices. Qualitative model was used. A questionnaire form was prepared and applied by the researcher to obtain the data used in the study. The study group of the study consists of 88 undergraduate students studying at eight different universities. The results obtained revealed that the course contents, methods and techniques, and lesson plans of the different institutions included in the study differ.
