Abstract (EN)

In this study, molecular motions of chiral (S)-N-Benzil-2-İsopropil-4,7,10,13-Tetraoksa-8,9-Benzo-1- Azasiklopenta-Dek-8-en ether was investigated by NMR 1 T measurement. Solution containing 10 mg of chiral crown ether in 5 ml CDCL 3 was prepared for NMR measurement and were transferred in 5 mm NMR tube and degassed twice by freeze thaw method. Temperature was decreased from 328 to 293 by a step of 5 degrees in 1 T measurements by using a variable temperature control unit. 1 T measurements were carried out on a BRUKER 400 MHz NMR spectrometer. In the evaluation of temperature experiments the theory which depends on dipole-dipole (the effectness of dipole couples) effection is used. Depending on that the graphic of ln 1 T to 1/T is drawn. It is seen that it fits with extreme tightness. Activation energies c ? , correlation times and 0 ? are estimated. From the c ? correlation times that are found, molecular tumbling actions are commented.
