Perceived health care quality and health service utilization in health sciences students of Namik Kemal University

In this study, it is aimed to determine the health service utilization of health sciences students in Namık Kemal University (NKU) and the health service quality levels they perceived from these services and the relationship between these concepts and demographic factors. In this cross- sectional study, two data collection forms is used. The first one is a questionnaire consisting of a total of 35 questions to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants (age, gender, unit of study, department and class) and health services, which are structured inaccordance with the literature by the researchers , and the second one is the validity and reliability of health services adapted to Babakus and Mongold (1992). made by and Devebak (2001)completed by Turkish validity of the SERVQUAL consists of 30 questions: Perceived Health Service Quality scale is used. In the results of the survey conducted; Firstly, descriptive statistics is used. In comparative analyzes, Student t, one-way analysis of variance and Chi-square analysis is used to compare categorical variables. Data is evaluated at 95% confidence interval.
