Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate beside thermal properties of Gd-doped BSCCO superconductor the structural, electrical, thermal and magnetic properties of Nd- doped BSCCO superconductor. In the first section, the physical properties of superconductors and some theoretical knowledge have been explained. In the other sections, the structural and magnetic properties of the prepared BSCCO samples have been given. The properties of Nd- doped superconductors have been analysed by using XRD, SEM, R-T, TEP, ?-T and M-H. On the other hand, TEP and ?-T measurements have performed on Gd-doped samples. The experimantal results have been compared with the theoretical models. The results show that the all of these properties of samples were slightly degraded when Nd-Gd were added into BSCCO system. Key Words: BSCCO, XRD, SEM, Resistivity, TEP.
