Abstract (EN)

In this study, the underlying causes of individual and household debts were researched. viislamcıvii purpose, In the first chapter, moral reasons underlying debt and the building of individual in debt were elaborated on. The individual's indebtedness and the resulting debt morality, exploitation through debt, tyranny (pressure) methods between debtor and creditor and lastly concepts such as managerial were discussed. In the second chapter, through these relationships and concepts, discussion of debt of neoliberal economic policy was argued about. In this context, Foucault's concept of Neoliberal governmentality debt- power and debt-market economy relations within the framework of this concept were accounted for. In the third chapter, development and progress of the debt in Turkey between the years of 2000-2019 were examined. Within the framework of neoliberal governance state's obligitaion of creating a market and indebtedness of household-individual with its results related to this obligitaion and suitable reasons for this situation were set forth with the consequences. For these purposes, graphics and numerical analysis showing the debt situation in Turkey were used.
