Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it is approached with nepotism that is applied or willing to be applied to enterprises ofpublic and private sector, desired to be obtained over favouritism, composed results and effects and differences on public enterprises and privet sector. It is practised to obtain concrete results by conducting surveys for this purpose. It is also indicated that whether such this nepotism applications which either realised or desired to be realised had been carried out either in order to gain benefit to community or provide politic and economic interest to public and private enterprises. During the studies, employees' perceptions had been exanimated related to nepotism applications in public and private sector operating in the logistic-cargo sector. As the result of the study, it is determined that nepotism perceptions are high in the public and private sector while the rates are very close to each other.
