Abstract (EN)

The new forms of working that emerged after the industrial revolution caused a transformation on people and social structure, at the point of social relations. The anxiety of finding a job and "surviving" in difficult working conditions can also lead individuals to unethical behaviors, and in this context, it can be observed that values such as trust and equality, which are among the characteristics of a healthy society, are violated with the change of existing conditions. Especially, lack of institutionalization, economic problems and the deterioration in the balance of authority and merit are among the issues that need to be emphasized and await a solution. In this context, the aim of the study is to discuss the concepts of right to work and equality, the extent to which the nepotism tendency is effective in foundation universities, whether it causes organizational conflict, and whether there is an intention to quit as a result of this. In the study, over the hypothesis that nepotism causes conflict, the precautions to be taken against its advantages and disadvantages, the factors causing conflict and their solution methods will be examined.
