Abstract (EN)
In this study, we have determined activity concentration of natural (226Ra, 232Th, 40K) and artificial ( 137Cs) radyonuclides in soil samples from Nevşehir in Turkey. Soil samples were collected from surface. Each soil samples were counted by using high resolution Gamma spectrometer with HpGe detector. We have calculated activity concentration, absorbed dose rate, radium equivalent activity, external hazard index and compared with the published results.
