Özet (EN)

This study focused on the synthesis and characterization of Ni1-xCuxFe2O4 spinel ferrite nanoparticles at concentrations of x = 0.0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.0 using the sol-gel technique. The structural and magnetic properties of the synthesized nanomaterials were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Magnetic properties were assessed with a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Additionally, the magnetic behavior of the materials was evaluated at both 10 K and 300 K temperatures. For the x = 1.0 and 0.25 concentrations, the highest and lowest coercive field (Hc) values at 10 K were found to be 295.34 Oe and 134.48 Oe, respectively. The highest and lowest values for the x=1.0 and x=0.0 concentrations were determined as 78.68 Oe and 180.19 Oe, respectively. Moreover, for the same concentrations at 300 K, the highest and lowest values were determined for x=1.0 and x=0.0 as 78.68 Oe and 180.19 Oe, respectively. SEM analysis indicated that the average particle size of the nanoparticles ranged between 12 and 17 nm. Keywords: Spinel, Magnetic Nanoparticles, SEM, FT-IR, VSM
