Abstract (EN)

For this purpose, Using PCR (polymerase chain reaction ) method genotypes 93 healthy individuals with 93 patients individual NHL determine with RealTime device. The Chi-square and Fisher's exact test during the evaluation of data was used. In control group and NHL patients was not significant difference in terms of statistically of Q192R and PON1 L55M polymorphism. Patients and in the control group was not available significant differences in terms of Q and R allele frequencies(P=0.912). R allele in the patient group was higher than the control group.it was detected more than Q allele in control group. L55M polymorphisms is not found statistical difference between patients and controls (P=0.26). İn the patient group compared to control group found higher L allele. In Patients and control group was not available a significant difference in terms of Q and R allele frequencies(P=0.388). As a result of this study, between NHL with control groups did not differ for the PON1 Q192R polymorphism and to be higher in the patient group according to the control of R allele, while the Q allele was shown to have a lower rate of allele of Q was shown to have a lower proportion.
