Abstract (TR)

Electronic waste has become one of the most vital problems as an ingenious result of the paramount and fastest developing industry in the world. Mainly, electronic card waste found in the structure of the many electrical and electronic equipment is one of the most striking samples. Chemical degradation of electronic card waste also poses a danger to human health in terms of environmental impacts and adverse effects on climate change as a cause of emissions. At the same time, the precious metal content comprised in the structure of electronic cards is in many gateways indispensable to the advantages of their recycling. From this framework, the primary motivation of this study is highlighted that the application of the circular economy perspective on the recycling of electronic card waste of simultaneous integration with open-loop based on high return on profit. In this scope, the hybrid loop network design proposes a mixed-integer linear programming model that is taken together with the 10R targets of the circular economy. The developed model is emphasizes that the regenerative aspect of the circular economy, which is rapidly gaining momentum around the world and the optimization of the value circulation through its cradle-to-cradle philosophy. For these strategic targets, this study has also measured the sensitivity of the results concerning parameters such as the capacity of the centers, demand, the ratio of recycling and unit transportation costs with scenario analyses. This article is highlighted as a benchmark for researchers, academia and the scientific community, which contributed to sustainability and the positive development cycle. Therefore, conservation of natural capital, to optimize resource efficiency, and to manage renewable streams are the significant ways to minimize the risks of strategic decisions.
