Abstract (EN)
The research examines the sportsmanship orientation attitudes of students in undergraduate programs with different student admissions. The research consists of 479 students selected by simple random method from the universe of students in Siirt, Batman and Dicle University. It was determined whether the sportsmanship behaviors of the sampled students differ according to class, gender, faculty, parental education level and family income level. The demographic form including personal information and the Multidimensional Sportsmanship Orientation Scale (MSOS), developed by Vallerand et al. (1997) and adapted into Turkish by Balçıkanlı (2010), were used to collect data. The SSPS package program was used in the analysis and evaluation of the data. T test, One-Way Anova test, Tukey test and correlation method were used according to normality distribution. In the evaluation of the analyzes, the p value was accepted as p≤.05 as the level of significance. In general, according to the results of the values obtained in the study; In all sub-dimensions of gender's sportsmanship orientation, the values of women were found to be significantly higher than those of men. A significant relationship was found between grade level and sportsmanship. It was determined that the average scores of the participants studying in the 1st grade were lower than those studying in the 4th grade. Finally, it was determined that the mother and father education level variable and the participants studying in different faculties did not show a significant difference.
