Abstract (EN)
In today's rapidly changing, uncertain, and increasingly competitive business and educational landscape, one of the most crucial competencies individuals must possess is learning agility. Learning agility refers to individuals' abilities to learn quickly from new experiences, adapt easily to changing conditions, and transfer what they have learned to different situations. This competency enables individuals to succeed not only with their existing knowledge but also through their openness to continuous learning. On the other hand, creativity is concerned with individuals' capacity to generate original, innovative, and useful ideas. Creativity holds critical importance in problem-solving processes for developing alternative approaches, designing novel concepts, and offering diverse perspectives. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between individuals' levels of learning agility and employee creativity. Within the scope of the research, the relationship between these two concepts was analyzed through collected quantitative data. Data were gathered using learning agility and creativity scales, and statistical analyses were conducted to evaluate them. The study involved 307 participants, and the results were analyzed using SPSS 27. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive correlation between individual creativity and organizational agility. These results underscore the prominence of individual creativity and highlight the significance of learning agility in contemporary contexts.
