"Democratic Tendency Scale" developed by Zencirci (2003) and "Updated Dogmatism Scale" developed by Sherman and Levine (2006) were used during the development period of The Scale of Instructors' Scientific Attitudes. Thirteen research questions were answered in this research. The data has been analyzed by using arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t- Test, Kruskall Wallis and One-Way Anova. When the difference was found significant, Mann-Whitney U Test and LSD Test of Significance were used in order to determine which groups create differences. The independent variables are instructors' personal and academic qualifications (gender, age, education, title, experience of working at university, the type of university they are working for, the scientific field they are working in, number of academic rewards, number of articles and books, number of thesis supervision and scientific research projects). The dependent variable is instructors' scientific attitude levels. Scientific levels of instructors does not have any significant difference according to their gender. Significant differences have determined according to the increase in their ages, titles, their work experiences, publications, their supervisorships, projects and university type and their fields.
