The role of organizational toxicity on organizational agility and organizational loneliness according to teachers' perceptions

This research was conducted to determine the role of organizational toxicity perceptions of teachers working in public primary and secondary schools on organizational agility and organizational loneliness. The sample of the research consists of 296 teachers working in primary and secondary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the central district of Rize province. Relational screening model was used in the research. According to the findings; Teachers' perceptions of organizational agility were higher than organizational toxicity and organizational loneliness. The organizational toxicity and organizational loneliness perceptions of teachers with graduate education were found to be significantly higher than those of teachers with undergraduate education. In the context of organizational agility, the full lesson of this has been reached. Perceptions of organizational toxicity, organizational agility and organizational loneliness show significant differences between classroom teachers and branch teachers. There is a negative and moderate relationship between organizational toxicity and organizational agility. On the other hand, a positive and moderate relationship was determined between organizational toxicity and organizational loneliness. The relationship between organizational agility and organizational loneliness was found to be negative and at a medium level.
