The level of perception of communication problems for teachers and managers and relationships among some personnel variables

The aim of this research is to bring to light how managers and teachers perceive communication problems that play an important role during education period and from this point of view to improve proposals to qualify communication more. In this research "Evaluation of communication problems" Questionnaire is used as data collection tool. Questionnaire is composed of 30 judgement, which is a scale of five-degree Likert type. The research was done in İsparta by managers and teachers working at primary, secondary and high schools. It was reached to total of 21 1 managers and teacher that are 60 managers and 151 teachers. In the research, collected data was analysed by "SPSS" computer program. The Results of the research are as follows: 1. Perception of the managers for communication problems does not change meaningful difference with respect to branch, seniority and school. 2.Perception of the teachers for communication problems do not change meaningful difference with respect to seniority and school. However, it changes meaningful difference with respect to branch. Art, physical education and workshop and job lecture teachers had more positive idea. S.There are a meaningful difference in perception of communication problems between managers and teachers. Managers had more positive ideas. VI
