Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to present the relationships among psychological empowerment perceptions, being subjected to mobbing, and organizational voice/silence behaviors of teachers. The data is are collected via surveys applied to primary and high school teachers in Central Edirne and Uzunköprü District. Surveys used in this study consist of Van Dyne's Organizational Silence/Voice scale, Luxembourg one–dimensional mobbing scale, and Spreitzer's four-dimension psychological empowerment scale. The data collected were then analyzed using IBM SPSS 21.0 software. The Cronbach Alpha coefficients are used to measure the internal reliability of the scales. After factor analysis and reliability analyses are conducted, correlation coefficients among variables are calculated and Multiple Regression Analysis is conducted. The results of the analyses indicated that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational voice, and a statistically significant andnegative relationship between mobbing and organizational voice variables.
