Investigation of the relationship between emotional intelligence and work satisfaction of teachers

It is possible to say that the higher the level of a person's ability to direct and understand the feelings of others, as well as his / her own emotions, he can achieve success and happiness and peace in his private life. The concept of usal Emotional Intelligence olan, which is one of the concepts forming the title of the study, is very important in the world of education and the fact that it is at a high level among educators who will train future generations is one of the factors that can improve the quality of education. The importance of educational services increases the importance of this role played by the educator. In this context, it is necessary to show sensitivity to the feelings and needs of educators. Another title of the study, 'Job Satisfaction, is defined as attitude towards work. As in the concept of emotional intelligence, the high level of job satisfaction, especially in terms of providing a better quality of education allows. 302 teachers from different branches participated in the study. This study consists of six chapters. In this study, the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of teachers will be examined. This study consists of six chapters. In the second part, the concepts of job satisfaction and emotional intelligence, which are the concepts of the research, are discussed in detail. In the third chapter, the method of the research is emphasized. This section includes research model, working group, data collection tools, data collection and analysis. In the fourth section, the findings obtained from the teachers participating in the research are given. In this section, the answers given by the teachers to the expressions in the questionnaire and the findings related to the sub-problems in the research are included. In the fifth chapter, discussion and interpretation of the data obtained from the research are given. In the last part of the research, a general evaluation of the data obtained within the scope of the research and recommendations made in line with these data are given.
