Abstract (EN)

I n this study, the effection of teachers? professions and indivicual qualifications on Teaching was indicated by students and teachers? view about the subject. For this result, survey with 5 choise Likert type was prepared for both students and teachers. This survey was applied in 5 Kocaeli High schools which are the state schools, 110 teachers and 362 students, by choosing way a making the others. S u rvey results were analized by SPSS 10 programme.In this study, the effection of professions and indivicual qualifications on teaching area was analized by regretion analize system, The differencies of teachers? professions and indivicual qualifications according to demografic specifications were analized by t-test and variance analized.And these results were examined and mixed by students? view about the subject. So, The results of both sides were compared. T he result of the study is examined by the responsible people,There is a meaning full relation, which is p<0,01 level, between teachers? profession and indivicual qualifications, that is, It is understand that, these two factors effect mostly the teaching factor and their efficiencies. A lso, It is understand that there is positive relation between teachers?profession and indivicual qualification and their teaching effection and also the teachers have more positive wiev than the students.
