Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational power distance and school climate according to the perceptions of teachers working in primary, secondary and high school institutions. Relational screening model was used in this study. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in primary and secondary schools in Rize city center and district centers in the 2020-2021 academic year. Simple random sampling method was used in the study and 343 teachers were included in the research group. "Organizational Power Distance Scale", "School Climate Scale" and "Personal Information Form" were used as data collection tools in the research. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that teachers' organizational power distance perceptions are low and school climate perceptions are high. In the study, it was determined that there was a negative significant relationship between teachers' organizational power distance and school climate perceptions.
