The relationship between etichal leadership behaviours of school administrators with motivation of teacher

In this research, according to the opinions of the teachers working in the primary schools in Çivril district of Denizli province, the relationship between the ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators and teacher motivation was researched."Relational screening model" was used in the research and primary school teachers working in Çivril district of Denizli province of 2015-2016 academic year, constitute the universe of the research. All of the teachers were evaluated and 189 scales were evaluated. Data collection tools used in the research; "Ethical Leadership Scale (ELÖ)" and "Business Motivation Scale (IMO)" scales. The Cronbach Alpha value of the ELO Scale was found to be 0.963 and the Alpha value of the IMO Scale was found to be 0, 924. According to the findings obtained, the opinions of the teachers about the degree of ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators were identified to be in the level of "I agree". Teacher views on school administrators' ethical leadership behaviors do not differ according to the level of education, although they showed a significant difference according to gender, occupational seniority, and the number of teachers in the working school. Teachers' motivation level of work was found to be "Partially satisfied". While the level of job motivation of teachers did not show any significant difference according to gender and educational status variables, there were significant differences according to the occupational seniority and the number of teachers in the working school. According to the opinions of the teachers working in primary school, they observed that there was a statistically positive, direct proportional, moderate relationship between the teachers' ethical leadership behaviors and the job motivation of the teachers.
