The effect of school admi̇ni̇stors to the connection of student to organization

Education has been seen as not to given up , one of the important eşement for our people and country.Administors are people ; who makes future plans of students one and half million and who gives education to provide students characters and academic development.These instuties are founded according to Turkish National Education, to acquire student information and talent to grow up people who are expert in their jobs.In accessing this goal for schools, the most infortant role is belonged to administors who come togather with students, give information, open their horizon, give active guidance acquire job to students. In this survey it is researched that the effect of connection of administor to a organization and it is founded out the behaviors of administor which affects students to join an organization or not. In this survey before working in field a scannig of corpus has been done, It is stated the effect of administors to students with connection to an organization. It is regulated by getting expert opinion according to outcomes by asking open ended quesitons to students about the topic.A questionaire has been created to find out effect of connection of students. Questionaire, has been done to 365 students in the 8 high school of Sakarya city center and district of Akyazı, Ferizli, Pamukova.15 of accessed students has been eliminated because of errors in answerin and codingç.It is applied to 350 remaining students.Surveys have been evoluated in SPSS programme and outcomes which accessed about the connection of students to an organization, it is commented in discussion session and suggestions are took part about the elements which provide the connection of students to an organization.The most important result of the survey, success is observed is social and academic relations, in schools that provided connection to an organization.
