In addition, correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between variables. When we look at the general average of class teachers' answers in terms of working time in the school, it is observed that classroom teachers with school working time between 4-6 years see school administrators as more paternalistic, but the paternalist leadership perceptions of those working in the same school for 4-6 years are not significant in later years. It was determined in the research. In the study, it was concluded that the perception of paternalist leadership increased with the increase in the seniority in line with the findings obtained in terms of the seniority of the seniority.
