Abstract (EN)
The aim of this survey is to study the relationship between the supervisor support of school principals and the psychological well-beingofteachers. The research sample consists of 246 teachers working at schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education of Turkey in Erzurum Aşkale province in the academic year of 2020-2021. This research was conducted in a correlation survey model. Data analysis was performed by using unpaired t-test, ANOVA test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Data were collected by using a personal information form, "Supervisor Support Scale'' and "Psychological Well-BeingScale''. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the supervisor support of school principals and psychological well-beingof teachers. In addition, the supervisor supportof school principals predicts the psychological well-beingof teachers, based on the opinion of the teachers.
