Abstract (EN)

This study was designed as descriptive and relationship seeker type to inverstigate the relationship between organizational structure, institutional culture and performance structure.In the scope of the research, the sub-dimensions are handled with for the organizational structure as formalization and centralization; for institutional culture as clan, hierarchy, adhocracy and market culture; for the performance structure as financial, patient (customer) and internal processes perspective and the relationships between each of the sub-dimensions were also evaluated.The universe of the study consisted of 605 health care workers (academic, administrative and support services staff) and the sample consisted of 272 volunteers to participate in the study.Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), normality test, correlation, regression analysis were used to analyze the data.As a result of the research, it was seen that the most dominant sub-dimension of the organizational structure was the degree of formalization, the most dominant sub-dimension of the institutional culture was the clan culture, and the most dominant sub-dimension of the performance structure was the patient (customer) perspective. It is determined that there is a positive relationship between organizational structure, institutional culture and performance structure in terms of both general and sub-dimensions.
