The extension and effect of interventions to changing behaviors in the organizational development progress (A study in 4 and 5 star hotels in Ankara )

In this study, according to the workers at 4 and 5 stars hotels in Ankara, the extension and the effects of changing organizational behavior interventions are researched in the organizational development progress. The cosmos of the study is 4 and 5 stars hotels in Ankara Province. Without a sample, the study is applied at 8 hotels of 13 hotels in Ankara.412 workers are added to the study. At the range of this study, a questionnaire having 21 questions is used.Analysis is realized by making schedules of frequency and chi-square at the programme of SPSS 13 for Windows. 0,05 is accepted as the level of meaningfulness in the study. As a result of the study,in extension of changing organizational behavior interventions in the organizational development progress, giving place to education, guidance, opportunity of improving career, improving the communication between individuals, team works, harmonious with the progress managing style are seen.At the hotels of changing organizational behavior interventions in the organizational development progress applied, the increase of motivation, providing individual development and effective communication are seen. But, workers have some problems about not to adopt the managing style, not to have same organizational aim and individual aim and not to realize their own.
