Abstract (EN)

Culture can be evaluated as a total of a intangible values that interit from a society's history. As the individuals composed the base of organizations, every individual transfers his culture to his workplace. The attitudes, the manners and the expectations of all emplayees and directors form the shape of the organizations culture. The organizations culture should be harmanise with the changing conditions and circumstances. Thus, the performance of an organization will be continue. So, the culture of the organizations will effects the work satisfaction of the employees, at this point it will be reflected to the quality of the service or the product. The aim of the study is to investigate the relation between organization culture and the work study. The survey has been conducted ship in the Gaziantep Regional Directorate of Title Deed - Cadastre with the participation of 184 individuals. According to the conclusion of the study; it is clear that there is a meaningful relation between the sense of organization culture and work satisfaction. Also, the perceptions of the attendances to subdimension perceptions of the organization culture are differed according to their gender and working styles. In tems of job satisfaction subdimension perception, it is founded the differention in tems of working condition and age, while gender, marital status, having child and working in homeland have no effect on job satisfaction.
