Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of quality culture on quality perception and business performance. Within the scope of the research, "X Gıda Inc." business has been chosen to focus on a specific business and made detailed examinations. It has been tried to reveal the possible effects of the quality culture on quality perception and business performance adopted by a total of 126 employees, 27 white collar and 99 blue collar employees, working in two different regions and campuses, In this study, which is approached from a quantitative perspective, the findings obtained from the field are evaluated statistically. X Gıda Inc.'s two factories have been selected as the population of study population and a survey has been applied to the entire population, that is, all staff working in these factories. The data obtained from the survey has been analyzed in the SPPS program. At the end of the research, it was found that the participants' perceptions of organizational culture were above the medium level. It was observed that the participants' perceptions of organizational culture were at a medium level and their perceptions of organizational performance were at a high level. In the study, it was found that the perception of organizational culture and the perception of quality culture did not differ according to the variable of the campus studied (p>0.05). On the other hand, it was determined that the perception of organizational performance differed significantly depending on the campus worked (p<0.05). In the study, it was found that there was a positive significant relationship between organizational culture and quality culture (p <0.05). On the other hand, it was observed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance (p>0.05). Similarly, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between quality culture and organizational performance (p>0.05). As a result, it can be said that organizational culture in the food sector affects the quality culture, whereas organizational culture is an element that does not affect organizational performance.
