Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment of the staff of Istanbul Tax Office (Esenler Application Group Directorate). Conceptually, organizational culture corresponds to common meanings and values shared by all members of an organization. Organizational commitment refers to the organizational power of members in the organization and the reasons for this commitment. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment in this research. The study consists of three parts in general: organizational culture and conceptual framework in the first part, organizational commitment in the second part, and findings of a research based on field work in the third part. Within the scope of the sample, a questionnaire was applied to 243 Tax Office employees.
