Organizational culture is explained as one of the determinants of organizational citizenship behavior. Within the scope of the study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and to determine whether organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior differ in terms of employees of companies operating in national and international markets. A survey was conducted with the employees of national and international businesses operating in Mardin, Batman, Şırnak, and Siirt, which are in the TRC3 class according to the Türkiye Statistical Regional Units Classification (Türkiye NUTS). In the Independent Groups T-Test and Simple Regression analyzes conducted within the scope of the study, it was found that organizational culture sub-dimensions (power, achievement, support) affected the organizational citizenship behavior sub-dimensions (altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanship, courtesy). Organizational culture, formed for business purposes, affects employees' organizational citizenship behaviors.
