Abstract (EN)

Rapidly changing and developing technology, environment and competition conditions for employees to be more productive, organizations to continue their success with success; organizational culture, organizational commitment and burnout are important and important issues that attract the attention of employers and employees. These issues, which are very important in the business world, also inspired our study and we wanted to be considered as a research topic. Organization culture; refers to all values spread throughout the organization. Organizational commitment; employees' commitment to their organizations. Organizational burnout can be explained as negative feedback of the problems faced by the employees in the organization. All these concepts are directly related to working performance and output. In addition, these concepts became more important with the hardening of today's competitive conditions and have been the subject of many researches. These issues, which are becoming more and more important, are curiosity and researched by both private sector and public employees and managers.In this study, a survey method, which is a quantitative data collection tool, was used to get the opinions of the employees on the related subjects, which were searched in the literature about these subjects and 390 healthy data were obtained. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22 (licensed latest version). In our study, the relationship between organizational culture perception and organizational commitment and organizational burnout was examined and it was examined whether these concepts differed according to demographic variables.
