Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between organizational justice, moral disengagement and counter productive work behaviours. The second purpose of the research was to investigate whether the mediating or moderator role of moral disengagement in the relationship between organizational justice and counter productive work behaviors. For the purpose of this resaerch, the research sample was selected from the Directorate Public Health employees in Kayseri. In this study, data was collected by easy sampling method. The findings revealed that organizational justice and moral disengagement is negatively related to counter productive work behaviours. Similarly, the sub-dimensions of organizational justice were related to counter productive work behaviors. There was no significant relationship regarding the mediator or moderator role of the moral disengagement propensity between organizational justice perception and counter productive work behaviours. The research findings were discussed in the light of the relevant literatüre.
