Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In the study, conceptual definitions, dimensions and factors of interaction of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors were examined by literature review. In order to give meaning to the theory part of the study, a questionnaire was conducted on the employees of all tourism enterprises with hotel operations Akçakoca and the application results were evaluated.
